By accessing and using Developers Alliance ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Developers Alliance is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system designed to help organizations manage their business operations, including but not limited to:

  • Employee management and human resources
  • Project management and time tracking
  • Financial operations and invoicing
  • Customer relationship management
  • Document management and collaboration
  • Reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

Access to the Service requires a valid user account. Accounts are created by authorized administrators within your organization. You may also sign in using Google OAuth if enabled by your organization.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party
  • Use strong, unique passwords

3.3 Account Termination

Your organization's administrators may deactivate or terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked immediately.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems or networks connected to it
  • Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service without prior authorization
  • Collect or harvest any information from the Service without authorization

Your organization controls data retention policies. Upon account termination or organizational request, data may be deleted in accordance with applicable policies and legal requirements.

  • Payment processing services

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Service provider and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service provider from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
